How Long Does A Pre Order Take To Arrive?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Pre Orders usually take 10 business days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us if your order has not been received within the dates described.
What if my order had preorder items and in stock items? Will they ship separate?
We will deliver your order in one shipment 100% complete once the preorder items arrive to our warehouse.
How To Return My Items?
We offer free returns if you're unhappy with the products for any reason. We take pride in the high quality items we create and if for any reason they don't meet your expectations we're happy to issue a refund with free shipping for your return.
